It has been revealed that separately high doses of radiation and low or high NaCl concentrations inhibit the plant growth as well as chlorophyll synthesis in the leaves, while pre-sowing irradiation of the seeds with a dose of 50 Gy stimulates the growth of the plant and chlorophyll synthesis even at high concentrations of NaCl.
